For my air conditioning problem, “Choice Home Warranty” Company told me to setup an appointment with “Simple Air Solutions”. Before doing that, I wanted to read about them. I am so glad I read all the negative reviews on this Alex guy. The only “5 Star” review sounds so phony and over the top, obviously is a fake one! It looks like an attempt by Alex to offset all those other negative reviews. I will call “Choice Home Warranty” first thing Monday morning and would ask them to stop doing business with “Simple Air Solutions” and recommend a reputable company, instead. Thank you all for warning me before I let Simple Air Solutions – Alex to come to my house. I did Google search on “Simple Air Solutions” and “Simple Solutions & Plumbing” in katy, Texas: Phones 832-389-1811 and 832-920-9029 , Fax 832-379-4098, Addresses: 4502 Cypress Colony Ln, Katy, TX 77449, and 11326 Huffmeister Rd Houston TX 77065, and 11324 Huffmeister Rd Houston TX 77065. Google “Street View” shows a residential!?

This is nothing but a scheme. Alex charged me $330 for a can of dye, which most likely costs less than $20 and then he is pocketing/stealing $310 of my money and I can not DO anything about it. I can not make them to come back and finish the job. I have surveillance cameras all around my house. I would love to see Alex or Amanda near my Air-conditioning system again on video. I wonder if all the unsatisfied customers can get together and take (Simple Air Solutions) to a Small Claim Court) !? Then, by paying us back our monies and by monetary punishment to compensate for all the emotional suffering that we all went through, they may reconsider and stop doing shoddy business, the way they are doing, now. But knowing them, they may close “Simple Air Solutions” and open up another one with a different name and continue the same crooked way of operating…

Amanda said cost of Freon leak test not covered by my Home Warranty Co, is between $250 to $300. Alex injected a yellow dye, charged me $330. He said to call office after 3 days to use ultraviolet light to spot the leak(s). My husband and I called so many times and left so many messages to set up an appnt, but they ignored our calls by monitoring Caller-ID. Finally they changed strategy and set up five apponts which did not keep. 1st appnt Alex had a busy day, he was not able to keep scheduled time. 2nd appnt Alex truck was rear-ended and he was involved in an accident. 3rd appnt office didn’t know Alex was on vacation on that day. Amanda said “let me see if I can get in touch with one of the other thirteen (!!!) technicians to see if they can fulfill Alex’s appnt, (no such a luck - this is a 2-men-operation) 4th appnt Alex had family problem, he went home early that day. 5th appnt Amanda said Alex is coming today for sure, but he is going to be late. 2 months passed ALEX NO SHOW!

Horrible experience with this company. Lies about appointments, never returns calls and no customer service. How they remain in business and still being referred by warranty company baffles me. I hope with all the reviews will dissuade anyone from doing business with them.

Horrible experience with this company. Not only do they have slow response times and miss appointments, but they also STEAL your hard earned money via bad testing methods. My experience:
1. AC stopped blowing cold air.
2. Home warranty company sent this company. I paid a service fee plus a test fee of $530 that still resulted in the Simple technician not finding where the leak was.
3. I paid more money to get 2 different reputable local AC company technicians to come out and run diagnostics. They both found the leak within a matter of minutes. The unit was FROZEN over...how could a trained technician have missed that??
4. I contacted my warranty company to get repairs or replacement done.
5. Simple Solutions - I would like a refund of all charges and if wasting my time while my family and I suffered in 100 degree temperatures due to your company's negligence could be monetized, I would ask for that too!
Once you reply and issue the refund, I can update my review.

They don't return your phone calls. Not friendly on the phone. Lie about appointments. I have been waiting since August 15 to have my air conditioner looked at. I have decided to go with another company. Horrible customer service skills.
