Please do not go to any Regal Nails. My daughter was traumatized today at Fry and West Little York. The lady made her foot bleed and a lady who said she was the owner wiped it and said she should not be complaining about that little blood. After she continued to complain she was yelled at and then demanded payment for service not rendered. I just can't believe it. Then they called the police implying that she refused to pay. She actually have the phone to my daughter to speak with the officer. The policeman on the phone asked were there mental issues related to calling 911 for this. I hope my daughter's toe is not infected. This has triggered another bout of anxiety for her considered we had to relocate to my sister's house because of no electricity and flooding.

I have never had a problem at all. I am very happy that I have found a wonderful place to get my nails done.
