Provided by YP.comI purchased ladies pants that were too small and returned it for a refund. I forgot the receipt and Mithi 'lesh #000877505 treated me like a child...I am almost 80 yrs old with other customers in line right next to me. I was almost in tears.....went home and returned with the receipt the same day. I got my Palais Royal card when I was in my 20's and years later it was in my purse when it was stolen and I never got another one. This store is like a tomb, hardly ever has customers and now I know why.
