We had our garage door damaged a few months ago!

We needed the garage doors replaced and called for an estimate. There was no pressure selling. I received my estimate and the sales person even gave me her cell phone number to call if I had questions. I had a question and called the cell phone and received an answer. Prices were reasonable so I ordered a single and a double garage door. No down payment.

I also needed an estimate sent to my insurance company which was faxed by the Dyer's office staff.

Then the guy came to installed the garage door in 2 1/2 hours. The garage door trim was damaged (product defect) and I was promised that it would be fixed. The guy came out the next day and replaced it no charge.

Dyer's really came through for us. It was a really good business experience.
