 Do you love the smooth finish of rolled fondant, but prefer the taste of buttercream? Have it both ways! I believe that ultimately, it's the taste that's most important; therefore my cakes are frosted in buttercream, but are painstakingly smoothed to achieve a finish that's often mistaken for rolled fondant. You could also have the option of Buttercream fondant it is rich, sweet and smoother texture the regular fondant.
