Just had a terrible customer service experience. Went in at 8:30 for a state vehicle inspection, about 10:00 I see there is a missed call made at 9:40 and a message on my phone that I had given them the wrong key off my key ring. The thing is I had been sitting in the lobby the whole time, for an hour and a half, within site of the garage and the service manager who I had originally handed the key. So I go out to him and asked him why he called me when I was sitting right there in the lobby the whole time? He just basically ignored my question and said something lame like "we were wondering what you were in there for..." and asked for the correct key. I guess he just forgot who I was? I was just some guy hanging out in the lobby for no reason? Also explains why a bunch of people who came in after me for inspections kept getting done first. I just asked for my key back and left, I wasn't going to pay them for ignoring a customer.
