Food & service poor, washers and dryer poor, resident computer unusable, discriminates scooters

Upon leaving the facility they lied regarding getting the full security deposit back but took out $731.50 out. When I called their excuse was they didn't have someone rent it by the 1st of August. I moved out July 29th and moved in to another facility in Austin. My son in law did call many times to complain and they did send an additional $399.00 4 months later but not all of it.I was never happy the 9 months that I was there and would never recommend it to anyone. Looks good on the outside but not where it counts. They have a fancy limo to take you around but when you are 91 with a walker who cares? They banged my walker around to make it fit in the trunk and it was uncomfortable to get in and out of. All other facilities have buses that cater to the disabled. They don't even have a ramp by the back doors to the apartments and will not allow scooters.
