I have used this dry cleaners for many years. Last week when I picked up my clothes, the owner told me that a button had come off one of my shirts and had to be repaired, and to come back the next day......so I did. A few days later at home, when I unwrapped that shirt from the plastic cover they put on it, I noticed a huge rip in the sleeve, and a very poor patch job. Yesterday, I took it back to the cleaners to ask about getting reimbursed for the damage to my shirt. After about 10 mins of standing in line with 5 other customers as we all waited for the owner to get off of the phone talking Chinese to someone, we finally got some service. When I finally got to the counter and asked about getting reimbursed, she not only denied any reimbursement......the owner all together denied ripping my shirt, and sowing the patch on. She claimed that she did not sow the patch on my shirt, and that I "must have taken it somewhere else and forgot I did".....????? I was upset about the damage to my shirt of course....but even MORE upset that 1) she lied when she told me it was a button that was damaged 2) that she tried to hide it from me by putting a patch on the tear, and 3) that she lied right to my face in front of many other customers that she did not know anything about it, and that she didn't put the patch on.



While all of this discussion was going on....there were many other customers observing the conversation I had with the owner. I asked the owner if she cared about customer service and if it concerned her if she was going to lose my business over this. Her reaction was a shoulder shrug, and a shake of the head "no."



In summary, if you value your clothes and personal belongings, do NOT take them to this dry cleaners. When they damage it, they will lie to you about it, try to hide it from you, deny they did it, and not care about losing you business.

Over priced! Not worth the prices they charge. Also, they are an eye sore to the area. They have grafetti all over their building and never attempt to clean it up. I've stopped going to them because they don't care how the area looks. They want to take our money, but are bringing down the neighborhood.
