Wrote my name on the waiting list had nobody waiting but the waiting list show 2 people in front of me. They ended up helping 6 people in 30 minutes before they called my name. She sat me down to get me ready for a shampoo then she received a phone call from one of her customers who wanted to cut their hair in half an hour. Then she told me sorry and that she had an appointment and took the guy who came in after me who had put his name on the waiting list after me. NEVER GOING BACK TO THE KAPOLEI FANTASTIC SAMS! ! I paid a little more at REGIS IN KAPOLEI FOR AWESOME SERVICE but I was helped immediately. I will be going back to REGIS IN KAPOLEI.
