Very rude to the customer. Please remember, that locals are a year around customers. New settings, don't have much privacy and are not family oriented.

the ad in the magazine on the plane on the flight over looked so promising, the real thing was a let down. The host seemed bothered that he had to step away from his buddies to seat us, the coffee tasted burned, the service was rude and they brought us the wrong food. The food was ok...but just ok.

Not sure what's up with the hateration from the recent reviews - we came, we ate 2 omelettes, we loved 'em! The Luau Omelette has kalua pig, spinach and cheese and was suckling-pig good. The Polynesian Omelette has Portuguese sausage, kimchee and cheese, and this odd blend was a wonderful medley to the palate. The place is a bit run down and homey, but that's part of the charm. Ok I know, maybe it's the 3 'K's in the name and locale that has people hating, but look past the initials, this place is good!
