1.) I bought a trash can from them over the phone. I called after 3 weeks of not receiving, no call back. Called 2 more times, no call back. Neighbor received trash can, so I did eventually receive, but WCA should have tried to help, it was their mistake by delivering to wrong address. How inconvenient and rude. 2.) Neighborhood trash got skipped because pick-up time changed so none of us had our trash out yet. I called, they admitted that they failed to inform the neighborhood of this change. Trash is now building up and stinking. WCA has shown no willingness to resolve the issue (that was, once again, their mistake) they just don't care... unacceptable.
