Your crew was transparent through the whole process. They were there when the weather was bad and when the weather was good. They were almost never seen and respected our patients and staff with regard to noise and the clean up process. We were able to conduct normal business without any interruptions. Your company did an outstanding job, especially with the weather elements. A lot of days when most people would not show up for a job and it was snowing, cold, and blowing, your people were on the roof doing what they could do to stay ahead of the job. We have had no problems at all with our new roof. I believe if there were any problems that your company would come right out to fix it. I feel we have an excellent roof and I also feel that we have resolved our longstanding roof and leaking issues. If I need to replace another roof in the future, I will call Van Pelt Contracting and would have another Versico roofing system installed. It was a pleasure to work with you.

There are so many roofing contractors in Kansas City but a friend of mine told me about Van Pelt Contracting. He told me how good they were so I figured i`d give them a shot. Right off the bat I was blown away by how well they knew their job. When we had the contractor come out to give us a quote, you could tell he was not trying to get every penny out of us, he was fair. He showed me the 3 brands of shingles they had and that he said even their cheapest ones were really strong. He explained to me in full detail what they had to do to re-roof our home, they even told me to contact our home owners insurance to see if they would cover the cost due to the storm damage. I would never have thought of that, thanks Van Pelt Contracting.

The Best Landscaping Company in Kansas City

I don’t normally write reviews, but Van Pelt Contracting in Kansas City was so great I felt that I had to do something to show my appreciation. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I’m going to recommend them to everyone that needs landscaping. They were extremely professional, patient, and helpful through our whole experience. Their customer service was extraordinary from Adam all the way through everyone that worked at our house.



They were all incredibly polite and helpful every step of the way. If you want an honest estimate and authentic work, this is the company for you. They stuck to the budget and schedule from the estimate even when we made some changes to the original plan while they were working. After making our initial landscaping plans with Adam I had to deploy and leave my wife to deal with all the landscaping at our new construction house, which I was worried about, but as it turned out I didn’t need to be. Every step of the way they explained everything they were doing and fixed every problem, big and little, that came up.



They even worked directly with us to correct problems with the drainage pipes they had put in and helped us fix an approval issue with our HOA. Every time I talked to my wife back at home she told me how great Van Pelt Contracting was, how helpful everyone was that was working at our home, and how good the yard looked. They made our yard look even better than I had hoped for and when they were done, they cleaned up everything and even painted our fence and touched up our stucco, leaving the house better than it was when they started.



Even if another company gives you a lower estimate, pay the extra money because I guarantee you that it is worth it! Adam, if you read this, thank you so much and please thank the site supervisor too, he was unbelievable. I’m so glad we decided to use these honest, hardworking, professionals.

I arrived at my friends' home in Kansas City on Thursday morning and smack dab into their backyard remodel. With a party planned for Saturday afternoon, time was running out to finish the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and bar area, rock waterfall, new back door, flagstone tile, stucco walls, wiring for lights and speakers, fire pit, and on and on. I didn't think there was any way they would be party-ready in time.



Boy, was I wrong! Adam, the owner, actually stayed until midnight several nights and came back early Saturday morning to make sure the subcontractors were getting the job done, and even help his employees finish the job. The running joke was that if he didn't finish, he wouldn't show his face at the party. Not only was he at the party, but his work inspired many ooh's, ah's and even one "I officially hate you" from guests who were ah-mazed at the transformation. If I lived here and needed a contractor, I would definitely contact Adam at Van Pelt Contracting.

Number One St. Louis and Kansas City Roofing Contractors....

A few words that come to mind... honest, reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and polite. We had extensive water damage (800 gallons) that ruined the hardwood floors throughout the main level of our home and destroyed our finished basement. Van Pelt Contracting went above and beyond in restoring our home. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. They take pride in their work and strive to make the customer happy. They can do anything... new hardwood flooring throughout the entire main level, new bathroom vanity w/ sink and faucet, new toilet, drywall, ceiling, wallpaper removal, painting, new recessed lighting, electrical repairs, new carpet, and the list goes on. Van Pelt Contracting will be the only one we call from this point forward for any work on our home

I have been looking to get some drywall work done for some time now. I noticed Van Pelt Contracting and liked the reviews. I called at 9am to try to get an estimate. Adam was here at 10am and gave me the best estimate out of three companies that had come out. He was available to start work right then so he did. Now it is 3:30 and the work is done and I spent half of the other estimates. The work is very well done. They protected my wood floors with paper and wrapped my new handrails with plastic to avoid damage. Now they are cleaning up after the work.

I do have other projects that I will not bother with other companies' estimates, I will just call Van Pelt Contracting In Kansas Cityl.

Adam Van Pelt has been extremely helpful in the planning and design of our kitchen remodel. He has returned every phone call and email, been available at nights and weekends for discussions as needed, and has actively hunted for ways to not just stay within budget but to dramatically decrease potential costs. Working with him has been, in a word, awesome.



I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a general contractor.
