I would say that customer service is their last concern. I had heard her tell me about the horrible service she had received there and I didn't believe it till I witnessed it myself. Her experiences included being told in a rude manner that she must remove the items from her small basket that she placed on the conveyor belt or she would not be rang up.

I just today went to the "customer service" service counter and was acknowledged after the customer service rep got done with her personal call on her cell phone. " Ill do it this time but we only allow 5 Items to be rang here" not Hello how are you. Im pleased to help you but rather how dare you inconvenience me. I had 8 items if you count the pack of cigarettes that I was at the counter to acquire. I not neither of the customer service reps were busy. Where I come from customer service means doing what is neccisary to make the customer feel satisfied and appreciated. apparently the premium prices I pay at this store do not cover the cost of quality customer service.
