After having three kids in school for over ten years, we have had much interaction with RPG. At the middle school and high schools where my kids go to school, pictures are taken before school starts on the day they pick up schedules etc. The folks have always been nice and pleasant but the photographer has not always been. It would be nice if the photographer would take a little more time to take flattering pictures of my children instead of just getting the job done. Please help a parent out if hairs are standing up or glasses are a bit crooked! If we are paying for them, it would make sense to do it right the first time and save time and expense on both ends.

I do not recommend their services for school photos. I’m not sure why our school uses them. We placed the order before we saw any photos. Then we refused pick up of the first photo taken. Didn’t get photos until October and it was the first package of photos they took back in August that we did not want. Now it’s October and we’re ordering the retake that were taken back in September now. 4-5 weeks
