Worst customer service staff I have ever encountered. They don't even know how to answer the phone. I overheard them and the "Respiratory Therapist" Shelly making fun of patients and professionals at K.U. These individuals should be terminated immediately!!!

Plaza Medical is the worst of the worst. Absolutely NO idea of customer service, can't get even the simplest of requests done correctly, can't keep their help longer than a few weeks. Not dependable!

This company cares about the patients. They accommodated my every request. I would recommended for any respiratory pt wanting reliable provider

One of the poorest managed facilities I've ever experienced. The drivers however seem great. Unfortunately, I will not use PMR (aka LIncare) for anything in the future. I would avoid the headache and heartache. Serious restructuring is needed here!

horrible billing, over billed me and would not talk to me about refund. Having major problems getting my money back.
