Patrick's Bar And No Grill is friendly, clean, sports oriented decor, with about 8 flat screens to bemoan the Royals and Chiefs. It's something more than just a neighborhood bar, with enough bar food (pizzas, hot dogs, sliders, corn dogs, popcorn, and the inevitable bagged munchies) to keep you happy. Steve and Tracy are fixtures the last Saturday of the month, drawing pretty near full houses for each performance. An outdoor deck provides a place to smoke, Any excuse for a party usually includes an (outdoor)grill, manned by knowledgeable volunteers and side dishes from patrons. Drinks are moderately priced, with daily specials. All told, a nice place to hang out, although I'd be a little leery of any place that lets people like me in.

Pat is the best bartender in Kansas City. Nice, friendly neighborhood bar. And who needs a grill anyway?
