I have been shopping at Milan Optique for many years now. Simply, the best. Clean, elegant designs, never crass or flashy. Practical, comfortable. Just superb.

I have never been treated so badly by any retail store and will refuse to ever enter the store again. Milan Optique on the Plaza obliviously does not believe in a “The Customer is Always Right” policy or any customer service police for that matter. The store manager was rude and completely disrespectful. After explaining what I was looking for twice, she continued to have an unacceptable attitude by making it clear that I was an inconvenience to her.
