If I could give this horrible entity less than a one star I would. The have farmed out their calls to an out of state call center. This call center is not only clueless, they are rude. The cannot tell you when they will have any availability for an appointment. Instead, they tell you to call back everyday, even several times everyday to see if there is a schedule time available. This facility should be shut down as they now provide no valid service. This is unfair to many of people. This place should be investigated. They should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at the consulate people who work there were so friendly and very professional.

One star is too much. This Mexican consulate is one of the most disappointing and sad things I have ever experienced. When you call to make an appointment "Mexitel" answers the call and they are pretty much useless if one has an specific question or situation. I have a personal emergency and I need to go home, I can't get an appointment to re-new my passport simply because there aren't any available. What am I suppose to do?

I believe they miss informed people they don;t take the time to work case by case and help people as they should.They are the mexican consulate but the reality by not beeing willing to help their own race it shows they don;t care about their own people sad .They obviously don;t understand that we are in the web world network with info at your fingertips so help the people and quit sucking the clock just to burnt time by sending people to get documents that they can provide themselves if they really want to.
