Local Support is provided by Medical Office Management Services, your MediSoft Dealership in KC. Support Services is vital in helping you get the most from any software. We provide Standard technical Support by answering questions and providing assistance specifically regarding the operation of MediSoft and applicable add-on products such as Office Hours Scheduler, Billflash, Relayhealth, GatewayEdi, etc. It includes, but is not limited to troubleshooting of an issue and providing resolution when available. All Standard support is provided over local or toll-free telephone lines. Plus there is no lengthy wait to receive a call back Extra Services: Not included with standard support. Data file repair, Custom Reports and Superbills (Fee slips) are offered for an additonal fee. Network configuration, operating system issues, or computer hardware problems. If needed a recommendation of a reputable Hardware Technician can be provided.
