On Monday 9/18/2017 I ask for a light trim with scissors, got a buzz cut with clippers. After the cut she tried to instruct me on how I should request a cut. Guard #, finger length even though that wasn't even close to what I wanted or asked for. She should just listen to the customer and do what they want.
