Graduated from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine with Bachelor of Arts and Doctorate of Medicine degrees. Completed Internal Medicine residency at UMKC working at Truman Medical Center and Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City. Has been in practice for 12 years and served as Assistant Professor and Docent, mentoring over 120 Internal Medicine residents and developing medical school curriculum. Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, Kansas City Medical Society.
