I think employees shouldn't review where they work (Ethan) it's biased. Any way. As a gym member I LOVE this gym! The atmosphere can not be matched. Staff and members are super cool and overall the best damn gym around.

At the beginning everything was good until I came in early May to cancel my membership due to me move to another state. They didn't put in my request so I got charged, so I called in talk to the manager. After he told me he'll have to call my bank to refund me. I said thank you and he hung up on my face without another word. it was uncalled for!!

These guys are con artists.



one guy tricked me into signing on a document, saying that it is an auto payment form which I can stop anytime I want



Another guy said a cancellation form is enough as I moved more than 30 miles away from their facility.



After submitting cancellation form they charged me for 3 months with out any response to my cancellation form. gave me a fake email_id to contact.



And after 20 calls another guy took half of the rest of the time and tried to trick me again that there is 6 months remaining in my contract where as as per their previous person it is 3 months.



Piece of advice to new people... don't be customers to con artists.

These people will try to rip you off for whatever they can. Horrible at customer service and business management.
