I have one thing to say about Hohenschild's, they are super nice and so easy to work with. I have been buying helium for years for Festivals and couldn't find a nicer group of people with great Customer Service.

I took a tank in for exchange. They were very friendly and fast. I am not an experienced welder but that didn't matter. I appreciate the pride they take in their service.

I went to two other welding supply stores looking for a Millermatic 211. The two guys working at the first store were friendly but both admitted to not knowing much about welding and listed their price as MSRP. The guy at the second store was helpful and when I asked the prices also stated MSRP. When I walked into Hohenschild, Mike greeting me and asked what he could help we with. After I told Mike what I was looking for he offered me a price that was well below MSRP and even cheaper than one of the leading online welding suppliers even after sales tax. I also purchased the Spoolmate 100 to qualify for the Miller rebate and the out-the-door price on the Spoolmate had an even larger discount off MSRP than the 211.



I just a hobbyist welder but will definitely be back to Hohenschild for my future welding supply needs.

Called to see about having my welder repaired, a lincoln. The guy on the phone told me they work on all types and to bring it in. I dropped it off 2 minutes before they closed and received a call the next morning saying it welded just fine but the motor needed someone to look at it because they couldnt. I was charged for this information even though I told them the motor wouldnt idle up when i began welding. I called the manager and was basically told that the welder I had was crap and that I should buy a bobcat and that i could rent to own it. Total BS. This company makes all there money off big companies and steps all over the small guys. I will never even mention the name to anyone asking. Awful.
