Rude and very nonprofessional! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else! This place needs to close down and the old crotchety people who work there need to take their bad attitudes somewhere else. Zero stars!

Terrible customer service and "fixed" the car to the tune of $650 but obviously didn't know what they were doing considering the car still had the same problem when they were done. Then started guessing what was wrong and couldn't figure it out. Ultimately took the car somewhere else and it was fixed within a day. Turns out they weren't even close and must not have had the tools to properly diagnose the problem. Would never go there again!!!! They are in a rough part of town and you can't leave your cars outside without them being vandalized so they keep them inside but charge you outrageous fees if you can't pick the car up in 3 days. However, they are closed on the weekend and Saturday and Sunday count in those 3 days. If you want to be treated poorly and pay for repairs that you might not need I would go here but if not, I would steer clear and take your car to a more reputable auto repair shop.

Taking my cars to Hank's Auto has alway been worth it. We get a honest diagnosis and repairs for a resonable prices every time we have gone in.
