I have had excellent service over 22 years, there has been a few times they had to come after my pick date due reason's outside of normal operations, but they picked up my trash soon after that. I have times I had to do some spring clean up of garage or basement and I spread it out in two weeks, they took care of me.

If you have more than 2 barrels of trash a week then look elsewhere for you trash removal service. For the 5th time this year my trash was not picked up. Last week I didn't put any trash so this week I had 4 barrels and they emptied one spreading trash all over my yard and left the rest. I tried to talk to the owner once and he started screaming at me telling me that we had more trash than any other house around us. We have 4 kids and most of the other people around us are either single or retired couples and only have 1 or 2 bags a week. Very poor customer service
