We have rented from this company for going on 3 years. we absolutely love the house we are in, and they are GREAT about making repairs in a timely fashion. We had a few instances where we had issues with the maintenance men they'd sent to fix our front steps, and they took the action necessary to make us feel comfortable. They sent another man out to fix them, and the next time I saw the guy I'd had issues with, he sincerely apologized to me. Overall, I have really enjoying renting from this company, and plan on continuing to stay in our gorgeous home.

These people are a joke. There houses are falling apart. Wont fix anything. And don't care if you feel safe and secure in your own home. All they care about is the rent money. They are rude and disrespectful. They advertise the rent as one thing, then hike the price by $300 to get over on section 8. Make promises and don't follow threw.

I WAS A RENTER FROM THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS. MARTA GRACE IS PURE EVIL...I WENT OUT OF TOWN ON A FAMILY EMERGANCY AND I WAS ONLY GONE FOR TWO (2) WEEKS I CAME BACK HOME AND FOUND THAT THE LOCKS WERE CHANGED AND ALL MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WAS REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE .....SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
