Morgan Russell the sale rep sold me 2 Jeeps, Compass and Cherokee. both deals went very smooth, initially I went on the net looking at other sellers, after high-pressure, unprofessionalism, uninformed salesman, and jive, I contacted Russell. My license had been wacky for a while, and I was having trouble with my bank ID at the same time, so I called keeping him informed, he offered me a ride thinking I was stuck, but I had one sitting outside. Previous to this he picked me up and drove me home as my Uber account was also out of step. Heck he even arranged to have the car delivered and the paperwork done at my residence as I was not getting around as usual, another time he dropped off a part I needed at for the Compass. He had both cars prepped and topped off with gas which isn’t normal these days when ready. He’s the type of fellow who if called in the middle of the night would be as businesslike as if he were in the dealership.

Seen the Little Caesars Pizza fellow wearing the white Stetson and a cowboy-tie who comes in the store mentioning a large pizza for 5 bucks, and wonders why there is no wheeling-dealing, no hocus-pocus, no sheepy-shaping –that is what I got from the other idiots in town – no kidding, but Russell took the bull by the horns and kept it simple, returning calls when appropriate, leaving no stone unturned, not to mention a better deal - it done that quick. So, do yourself a favor, save yourself a hassle, forget the others who make you mad, waste your time, try and confuse to get the deal or are so confused they themselves don’t know what end is up. I got the impression that these were not just deals with him - and it’s over, but it starts a journey for us all. I owned, ran and operated a newspaper for 11 years and Russell would have been my first picked employee - as he is not only gets things done, but is professional when doing it, and in this world of idiocy – well do need to say more.

No pressure sale and no haggling. The saleaman, Jake, listened to what we wanted and provided great and friendly service while meeting our desires and needs for the vehicle for which we were looking. Wonderful financing dept. and wonderful after sales service makes it an excellent experience.

I went to Lee's summits jeep dealership before coming here. I decided to not purchase a jeep from them because they didn't have what I wanted and wasn't crazy about the staff. I enjoyed my experience here and the large selection of jeeps on the lot. Jake Clark was also great to work with!

Probably the most dishonest dealership in the world ! I purchased a new 2013 dodge ram truck about 2 1/2 month ago paid $43000.00 and paid in full.I have a contract stating I would have it in 10 to 25 days well its been about 60 days and have finally received it. I paid for this truck in full 2.5 month ago and have not received the title therefore I can't register the truck. This is fraud..... buyer beware this dealership is as dishonest as they come. I have not received the hub caps, floor mats, the truck was not cleaned the gas tank was on empty. I have contacted Chrysler for assistance they have sent out a red letter of disapproval to Gladstone and may face other sanctions.If anyone wants to look at this case the number is 25284628 call Chrysler support at 866-726-4636. There is much more to this case therefore I encouage you to call Chrysler. There are plenty of dodge dealerships out there just dont buy at Gladstone. I am working on a website dedicated to all the unhappy customers of Gladstone Dodge in hopes that Chrysler will pull the Franchise from them.
