I have gone to this salon for a couple of years and have had a good experience, but I took 2 teenage girls and my best friend from out of town last week, and was totally shocked at the behavior of one of the ladies who was a nail technician. She was upset because I asked the price of adding a flower to the teenagers' pedicure. She tried to push this on the girls and became enraged when I asked the cost. She gave me glare looks and raged on in Vietnamese about me. It was so obvious and ridiculous. I really like the young man who was my technician, but I will never go back there to be mistreated.

I used to work by elite nails and went there several times. Each time my polish chipped within 4 days. I got a plantar wart from this salon because they didn't clean well enough. The manicurist was rude and talks on the phone during my entire service. She would not do the design I wanted (a simple flower) and kept doing her own thing and ignoring me. She shaved down my toenails even when I told her not to, and the whole experience was unpleasant. Don't waste your money here.
