Mike Finley with D & D Water Damage Restoration are simply the best! I am HUGE on customer service! His customers come first! I am a property Manager of a 240 unit complex and have worked with Mike for several years with various water problems. I refer everyone I can to him. When I first contacted D & D Water Damage restoration, Mike and his crew were out to my property in less than as hour. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable. Mike carefully explained the steps that would be taken for the water extraction and mold remediation process. The crew he assigned to do the job exceeded my expectations. I found them to be efficient & courteous and was extremely pleased they completed the work within the excepted time frame, as well as the residents who were affected. Mike personally followed up when the job was finished to inspect and to verify that I was satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend him!
