Excellent service, response to "Not your average bear"

I agree, you are not your average bear, you sound very UNEDUCATED and unaware of what is going on around and don't take the time to find out.

My guess is that you knew exactly how much it was going to cost and just didn't want to pay your bill. You like a lot of people just want everything for nothing and think the world owes you something.

I have been going to this clinic since the early 90s and I have never heard this type of issue. They always tell me how much it is going to be before anything is done. I love Dr Joi, she is the greatest and explains everything in detail.

Also, I have 4 pets on their health plan which saves me a lot of money over the entire year for services, medicines and food.

The clinic is always clean, the exam rooms are bright and cheerful. All the employees love my pets and treat them with great respect. The only thing they want is what is best for my pets.

If you pet had flea bites, yes they would tell you about it. They never charge for anything unless they call me. I am sure they tried to call you but I also am guessing you either didn't answer your phone or just didn't bother to give them a good number to reach you at.

Grow up and understand the world doesn't owe you anything.

I can see why..

I can see why some people would be irate about paying bills to this place. I took my dog there for a simple neutering, he's an adult dog about 75lbs. Guess how much they wanted for just that procedure.. $325.. and this was on their supposedly "Half Price Tuesdays&Thursdays" Now I've owned several dogs throughout my life, and I'll admit the last time I had a dog neutered before now was the early 90's, but back then it cost me about $45 all around to have a similar size dog neutered. I have a hard time believing that the price to have a dog neutered has gone up to almost eight times that. This place is dirty inside, unkempt is a better word and if I had known a half price neutering was going to cost me over $300 I would've just had it done at the humane society for $50. They wouldn't have tried to toss 90days worth of frontline on the end of the bill either, while claiming my dog who neither him or my cat have ever had fleas in over 5 years of owning the both of them, "Needed it" because he didn't have fleas, but he had bites.. Really? You think they got out a microscope and poke through his hair to find flea bites? I highly doubt it. Never again will I bring a pet of mine to this place.

A neuter for a 75lb dog is $121, that does not include if you pet needed vaccinations(which are required), or there were other medical necessities and/or complications (undescended testicle, reaction to anethetic, etc). If the cost was more, then there was more to your visit than just a neuter. If you were this disgrunted about your visit, why was this not brought to managements attention?

Great place

The reviews I've read on here tell me that only people that complain are those that don't want to pay their bill. How many times have you went to the doctor and been told it will be one amount and they find other issues before they are through? Look people!! Do you want your pet taken care of or not?? If money is your only issue, don't take them to the vet at all. Or better yet, give your pet away as you aren't a good owner in the first place!

I love this place, they always try to save me money. My cat loves going to see the vet because she is given great care and loved while she is there.
