This family was very pleased with the presentation of our loved one by the staff at Jones' Memorial Chapel in KCK. However, we had one problem in working with the staff there. It took five and one half weeks for us to get a death certificate. The staff kept telling us they were having a problem with the PCP signing the certificate. When I took it upon myself to contact the PCP, he told me the exact date that he had signed the certificate,(which was a few days after our loved one passed away) but nobody from Jones' Memorial Chapel had picked the certificate up. This was not good news at all for our family.
