I've been there twice, they were fairly quick, very courteous and I received the services I was looking for.

I went in with poss strep dr was great and gave me antibiotics and said to come back if things get worse because alot of people end up needing steroid shot and theymail will have result in a few days Next day i couldn't sleep eat or swallow so i went back.a differant doctor was there who turned me away with out even doing an exam and said to give the antibiotics more time and there was nothing more she would do. I ended up going to the emergency room in the middle of the night was given pain meds and steroid pills and after 3 day feeling a little better but still in pain in the throat. I called the urgentcare today to get results off the swob and was told they didn't culture out! I feel very let down and feel like they left me helpless and they did notculture follow through with there job!!!

My daughter sees Dr. Clement and we both love him. He is very knowledgable and always makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered. I also love that when I email him he responds to my email very quickly. I am expecting my second in November and will be bringing him/her to see Dr. Clement.

The Dr. was hard to understand, and the staff is rude. At first this was a great place now I hate even steeping a foot in their. Look into other places make this a last resort.

took our 2 year old here after he fell down stairs at a local hotel's indoor water park and required stitches. According to my husband staff was great and they were in and out quickly. Unfortunately the next day I brought our 9 month old in because she had been experiencing high fever with no other symptoms. She has a significant history of kidney problems and repeat uti's. We were 4 hours from our home in Lake St Louis, MO and were therefore unable to make it into our regular pediatrician's office. I know my baby well and was almost positive she had a UTI. Dr was very arrogant and refused to do a simple UA on my baby. We were 2 days away from being home. He sent me home instead with some stupid paper work about "fever phobia" (I have no fear of fever in my children and actually even made it clear to him that I don't even treat my children with motrin or tylenol unless they are miserable) also sent me home with another ridiculous set of paperwork about common cold in babies and tried to convince me that this is what my daughter had. We decided to go home later that night at our pediatricians advice and took her into the office the next morning to confirm that she did in fact have a significant UTI and possible kidney damage. The Dr that treated her at this facility was an arrogant, incompetent, prick. Should have listened to the rational parent.
