When reupholstering my sofa, David made the decision to change the four 26" square pillows, which were the sofa back cushions, to four 24" square pillows without discussing with me before or telling me upon delivery. I had to notice it and ask about it myself. Used Pottery Barn inserts which are not made for the back of a sofa or chair and provide no support. Told me he doesn't make mistakes and will not order fabric to correct the alteration in pillow size. Also had the sofa for over two months. Didn't stay in touch or respond to multiple messages.
