Magellan Plumbing founder John Whitney began his career in the plumbing industry in 2014 working on new construction projects in Knoxville, TN and moved on to a plumbing apprenticeship in 2015. During this apprenticeship he gained experience in warehousing and inventory management, plumbing diagnostics, service and repair, and remodels. Along with these skills he also received multiple plumbing certifications and completed a trade school course. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, John went on to become the number one technician in his company.
