I worked for Kannon Creek for a month. This place is horrible, they treat their employees like crap.A lot of the employees are family members who work together,so they team up on you.I would give the rating of this place zero stars..The place is nasty and they have bed bugs. While I work there some of the staff were rude to the residents, they treated them with no respect. They need to close this facility down.

My name is Julie Hooper. I took a job last summer as a cook at Kannon Creek. The manager told me it was a real job He knew I was a dietary manager. After I worked there about a week, he went on vacation for 2 weeks. At the same time the asst. manager took her 2 weeks. I ran the dietary while they were gone. When the came back, she was the real cook. There was no cook job. They just needed to hire someone who could do their jobs, so they could go on vacation. They put me in the dish room. Then when I volunteered to cook on a Sunday, I was fired for leaving some skin on the potatoe salad . Which the residents loved. I was used, taken advantage of and set back on money and my adult life planes. When this mean and dishonest thing happened to me. I feel it also happened to me because I am white. They were all black, and I don't feel they would have done that to another black person.
