Purchased a washer and dryer set from Jared's in December of 2015. They delivered and installed the set the next day. The set has been running flawlessly since.

Very friendly and on time. Fixed my fridge and no problems since. Would do business with them again!

I've used Ethan's for years. I have a dryer that I brought from them seven years ago, it still runs perfectly. I also have a washer that I didn't get from them that they have repaired for me twice. This last time I called them and about an hour later they showed up to fix my washer on a bad weather day. I got bad news that the washer was not worth fixing but they'll let me use the money I spent on the repair service on another washer. This place is awesome and I will continue to use them for all my appliance needs

My mom needed a stove the day before thanksgiving since hers had quick working. Not only did they get us a great one they had it delivered that night too. Thanksgiving was saved! Shes had this stove for over 3 years now and has not had any problems!I recommend them to everyone.

I have purchased several appliances from Ethan's over the past 15 years and have had them come out for service as well. I have recommended them to friends many times.

We have called on Ethan's several times over the years for various appliance breakdowns. They have always arrived on time and have been able to fix the problem. Their prices are very good. They clean up after themselves and we have always been happy with the service we have received. Ethan's is our appliance repair service!!

STAY AWAY !!! Ethan's is unreliable and they do not stand behind their products. Extremely hard to get them back out to repair the junk they sell and they will tell a lie to cover up another one. The only reason they are in business is that they are the only used appliance store in Kannapolis. Try Race City Used Appliances in Mooresville or Cuff Enterprises (refrigerators only) at 704 662-1199. I'll never do business at Ethan's again.

I have bought parts from Ethan's over the years and never had any problems with them. Prices have always been reasonable. Used appliances are and can be as used cars, you never know what will happen once you get it home or 6 months from then. I would suggest that an extended warranty be offered, for additional cost at time of purchase, for those that would choose to do so.

First of all I can't understand why Best Buy uses them in their warranty repair . They charged $300.00 to fix my fridge gave me a 90 warranty and 96 days later the same problem. Something needs to be done about these scam artists because that's what they are. Shmae on you Ethan's and how you have been in business so long is a mystery to me and shame on Best Buy they should not recommend someone they are not going to stand behind. Next step Better Business Bureau. Only rated one star because you have to rate. They don't deserve a star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just moved to the area. my new neighbor told me about ethans appliances. we needed a stove and we needed it fast. the sales person was very helpful and found a stove in my price range! they even gave me a discount on the delivery. thank you ethans you have helped welcome our family to the area

We had a problem with our refrigerator - they have had to come out 8 times and it still does not work - they keep saying they will come out and then do not show up - they are completely unreliable! Ethans - stick to your word and your product.
