I saw a lot of awesome reviews about eyebrow waxes here so I decided to try it out. I made a last minute appt but got there on time and the front desk staff just stood there and looked at me when I tried to check in as if I was rudely interrupting their conversation. Then the girl took me into the salon part of the place I'm guessing? There was a little kid getting his hair cut and she did the wax over the hair washing sink, not the wax room. I thought it was a little weird considering the place was pretty high end looking compared to a Fantastic Sams where I'd expect them to wax me at a hair washing station.. Anyways, the girl that did my brows did it so quickly and they're not even at all. One is pretty good looking and the other looks like a damn McDonald's arch. If I do ever go back I will definitely try to get an appt w/ Emily (hopefully she wasn't the one who did my brows today). Overall, I loved the place but the girl who did my brows was rushing way too much and didn't seem to care if I liked them or not at the end of my visit.
