I purchased a new refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and microwave from Fred's in Kalispell and was very pleased with the quality of service I received from the salesman. After about 10 months, the refrigerator stopped working properly. It has now been over 3 weeks since I called for service, and the refrigerator still hasn't been repaired. The service center is in Spokane, so there are huge delays in getting parts. And the people in the service department there are not very helpful.

Excellent service, depth of product knowledge and fair prices make this a store we will purchase from again. Delighted with my new heavy duty Speed Queen washer (not the more expensive brand I came in to see). It was delivered promptly and installed efficiently.

Very disappointed in my experience. My dryer broke so I wanted to check out the new store. Salesman was very harsh and didn't help at all, like I was disturbing him. Products were much more expensive than I expected and when I asked if they deliver he told me yes but there is an additional charge and they will deliver it to my garage. There was also a charge for setup and removal of old washer and dryer. I checked out Home Depot and got a very nice set for a much cheaper price, free delivery, free removal of old set and free setup. Much much better. I know where I will go from now on.
