These people will lie to your face, treat you like a friend, do whatever it takes to earn your trust and your business, but watch out... The moment they have an opportunity to make a buck off you, it doesn't matter who you are or what they told you in the past - suddenly it's "just business." They will do something that hurts you personally and costs you thousands of dollars, and they know it, but they will do it in a heartbeat to line their pockets. And that's after the last time they saw you, just weeks ago, they told you how they know you so well and they will make sure to take care of you... Boom, go 3 days past their written policy because of a family emergency and they will cost you thousands of dollars and take away something that I can never replace. Why?
