my truck was with them for almost 3 weeks and they told me a week ago that they cant find the problem! but 1 week ago they needed an outsider who was not affiliated with them to come in and help them find the problem.. LMFAO!! after 4 days this guy never came to help them find the problem again LMFAO a diesel mecahnic shop that works on mack trucks couldnt find and eletrical issue on my diesel priceless!!!!.. yesterday i was told the owner Steve to tell Darrel office phone operated guy to tell me that they wont work on it anymore.. and so i had to flat bed it 3rd time to another diesel shop. in the time prior to leaving martin spring and drive the mechanic left my truck like it was totaly stripped... wires hanging down in the wheel well...under the dash fuses pulled and left all over the floor wires hanging down from under the dash all over the place. did i mention greese all over the interior door and seat... unreal they call themselves a mechanic shop. needless to say they wanted $1200 for changing a $300 IRP part on top of the motor which should of took an hr to fix.. so while they are guessing on what the problem is with my truck and adding parts that i didnt need noone fixed anything but you owe me $1200 because we put time into it LMMFAO!! so after i waited to talk to steve the owner or i think he is , he never shows up while im there but says to darrel just charge him what we did so $500 dollars later and 2 and a half weekslater and im screwd and left with a battered truck worst then i brought it and that looked like someone broke in,stripped my trucks wires to leave everything hanging and left.. i wish i could of posted the pics that i took it was heartbreaking!!!! they claim to be in buisness for 38 yrs i think they should close up shop!!!! Never in my 30 yrs of owning cars have i ever seen anything like this. i will tell all and anyone to stay clear of these CROOKED BUTCHERS!!!!!!
