Only rated one star because zero stars wasn't an option! Took our car here because they said they could fix it and the owner sounded very nice over the phone when in reality they had no idea how to fix it! They did work without being authorized and that didn't even fix the problem then they just started guessing what might be wrong and made it seem as though they were doing me a favor by not charging me full price shop time. Cost $172 still not running and I had to have it towed to a different shop that can actually fix it, that is if Hometown Automotive didn't damage my vehicle further! I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON EVER!!!!! Do not take your car here unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain!!
