Dr. Novak's office is incredible. The receptionist is friendly, and she can help you no matter what kind of insurance you have. She will do her best to find an apppointment that fits into your schedule, and she does it with a smile. This was such a nice change from my previous dentist's office. Tiffany is a dental hygienist in this office, and she is awesome. She is so kind and helpful and efficient. You will never find one better than she. Dr. Novak is the most honest and kind and friendly dentist you will ever meet. He will do everything you need for your mouth to be healthy, and nothing more. He has great integrity in his work, and does a great job of making your smile look better without bilking you of your money. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Novak's office. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist in the Kalamazoo/Portage area.
