Took my Malibu there and had them redo my whole System. It took 3 days and they called when ran into problems or questions. Everything works great and haven't heard anything this loud out on the lake.

These guys did a great job installing new systems in both my car and HD. Great products & service. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure what everyone else's problem is but The Dashworks and there crew have always bent over backwards to take good care of me and my family. As a small business owner I can appreciate there ability to survive in the portage area despite all the internet shopping that eventually will run good business' out of business. I find it very interesting that people think it's morally correct to expect The Dashworks to install product that was not even purchased in the same zip code while good customers who are loyal to the area and shop with The Dashworks have to wait longer for appointments because of there disrespect to the small business world. If you want quality installed Car Audio with excellent customer service go talk to these guys. They are top notch in there field.

Had a remote start system installed, when I picked up my car half the lights on the radio display and climate control panel were out (I know they were all working before I dropped the car off). When I told them about it they said that they don't touch those systems, so they basically call me a liar and they had to have been that way when I dropped the car off.

I recently moved to Kalamazoo with my wife and kids (Kalamazoo Promise, anyone?), and decided to check this place out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with Dashworks' operation. I used to work with car audio during college, so I bought my own speaker system online, but decided to have a professional install, since having kids takes up most of my time for projects like this.



Anyway, they seemed reluctant to install something that I hadn't bought specifically from them, and quoted the install at over $140 PER HOUR for the installation. It seemed a little ridiculous, and after a short drive down Westnedge, I found Best Buy willing to do the same job for less than half the price!



In my opinion, it's always better to take advantage of the internet for car audio and accessories. The prices are lower, and the selection vastly superior to a little "hole-in-the-wall" joint like Dashworks.



Oh yeah, and the employees seemed to have a bad attitude, too. Needless to say, I'm not going there again.
