I was traveling from Ohio to the Kalamazoo area and the alternator on my truck went out as soon as I hit the city. I knew I could get the part from Autozone but didnt know of any mechanics to complete the repair. The rep Amanda was AMAZING. Autozone thankfully, had the part in stock but she was able to find a mechanic that not only fixed the truck but had the part shipped to him so I didnt have to make an extra stop to the store!!! Great customer service. Above and beyond.
