I went into the shop today to discuss my flower needs for my upcoming wedding. There was a blond woman in there who was friendly and referred me to the "designer," David. He was the RUDEST person I have encountered since beginning my wedding planning. First of all, I am getting married in November which he said "no florist would be able to help me with because it's too far away" (when in fact I actually have appointments with two other florists who are more than willing to meet with me). He was rushing around saying he didn't have time, he was "too busy," and he bluntly refused to be of any assistance. I would like to say CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Extremely rude, arrogant, not people friendly what-so-ever. Go to any other florist but these people. On a side note, I'm sure that the florist we do end up going with will appreciate it since our flower budget is about $1500. Congratulations on losing a big sale and a customer for LIFE.



P.S. I wouldn't even give this place one star!
