I went here a couple hours ago. I had an appointment at 5:30 and they closed at 6pm. The woman doing my hair rushed through the cut, she didn't bother washing or even spritzing my hair with a little water. She was practically pulling my hair out and now my head hurts. I asked to keep the length as much as possible and she cut off a bunch of my hair. I asked for her to layer my hair and it looks totally choppy and not even the slight bit gradual and even. I have a really short layer and then it jumps to a really long layer and my hair looks like a v from the back which is not the type of layering I asked for. After the cut I looked in the mirror and my hair was still wavy from it being in a bun all day. I don't see how she was able to "accurately" cut it straight with it still having a wave in it the whole time. Then she offered to wash it for me after I got out of the chair to see how it looked. I'm going back tomorrow with my dad to get our money back and to get my hair fixed some how somewhere better.

This place was great! I saw Val & she was amazing! She helped me find the best cut for my face and gave me some really good advice on how to keep my hair healthy. She was honest with me and gave me the cutest new cut. I will definitely see her again.
