We were referred to Bart's by some friends the first time our air conditioning went out. Richard was very knowledgeable and trustworthy - we felt like he answered our questions, explained the problems with our system, suggested various possible levels of a solution (ie repair vs replacement), and was very thorough in bringing our system back into working order. Unfortunately the part he replaced did end up breaking again at a very inopportune time. Even though it was the middle of a very hot summer in Texas, Richard dropped everything late in the evening to come out and rescue us! He did not charge for after hours and we were able to have cool air flowing relatively quickly! We highly recommend Bart's to our friends and family!
