Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY- While traveling California to back home, Arizona, we were in need of gas. Came to this Arco and Gave 15 dollars for fake gas. Pump ran, but no gas came out. Front desk said this was an issue before as well. I wonder how often someone doesn't get the FULL amount of gas that they paid for.
Front desk called the manager, Raj, on the phone because the manager was not there in person. Instead of a resolution, raj wouldn’t solve the problem, and eventually hung up. This has now escalated to Arco complaints and waiting for a resolution.
I know it’s JUST $15 but it’s the principal of Buisness, customer care, and not being cheated. Still waiting for a resolution of this Arco stealing $15.
