Sarah Sacks and her business, Transformations Recovery at Jupiter Counseling saved me! I found Sarah just as my addiction was in full swing and dominating my life. Since the first day I walked into the office I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and care. My treatment plan was fine tuned to specifically meet my needs and the level of care necessary to give me a fighting chance to beat my addiction. I still cannot believe that I am sober. The staff's techniques are mind-boggling and promote soul searching to a depth that I never thought possible.
I am still blown away this 19 year drug user is SOBER and HAPPY!!!

I was having difficulty managing my life and at a dead end sorta speak. My Parents brought to me see Sarah, and she was felt very authentic and genuine about recovery. Her program helped me with my shame and guilt about my use as well as got me to start loving myself.

I now have a stronger relationship with my family. I will soon be celebrating 2 yrs and could not be happier. I am very thankful to Sarah and the team at Transformations.

Unfortunately I worked for Sarah and her daughter for 2 months, they didn't pay me correctly? They shorted me on my last check. They refuse to pay me!! I am now another non-payed employee!!!

Sarah Sacks and the staff at Transformations were very supportive and understanding. From the moment my family and I came in for our appointment we were guided through the process of treatment. I have no more shame or guilt about my disease and in part Sarah has helped me with that. Thank you.

We did not have a positive experience with Ms. Sacks. Her office staff was very good. They were very helpful and positive. Ms. Sacks though was very harsh and negative. She took a "tough love" approach with my child and our family when that was not appropriate. This made our problems worse. I would be careful if you have a child who is having difficulties. I would not recommend Ms. Sacks.

I would not recommend Sarah Sacks. She took a very confrontational approach with my family that did not work. The first moment we saw her she was confrontational- literally the minute we walked into her office- a "tough love" type of approach. She tended to blame the patient and making demands when that wasn't what was needed nor helpful to recovery. We did not need blame- we needed diagnosis and support. In the end- she kicked us out without any support extended. She was very confrontational.

Sarah is a wonderful therapist and helped me through some difficult times. She gets to the heart of the issues. She is great!

My wife and I were going through a rough patch in our marriage. Normally the idea for therapy makes me uneasy, but Sarah made us feel like there was hope in saving our marriage. I saw her on a weekly basis for a few monthes and we are doing was much better.

The office staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Sarah helped me through a difficult time and I've come back to her mutliple times on different issues. Her guidence has been great support to me and my family.

Sarah Sacks helped me through a difficult time. Worked with my family and I to get my work down and move down. Other therapists Ive had appeased me and kept me in therapy my years, not Sarah Sacks. We got to the real problem and solved the underlining issues. I've been back to her briefly for some different issues. I would recoomend her to any one looking to resolve, heal, and move one to bigger and better moments. =)

Very opinionated as to what she feel is correct. Instead of helping pt work through their issues,, if the patient does not see things her ways she pretty much is done with you, t]Touch love but very one sided as to her way.
