I set up a grooming appointment for my dog well in advance to ensure an early morning appointment. I was given an 8am appointment for a Thursday morning. Pet Groomerie called the day before the appointment and indicated they don't do appointments at 8am, but I could have a 9am appointment which I said was fine. However, I would be required to pay a "priority fee". REALLY!?! Why would they give me an 8am appointment when the first one isn't until 9am? Why would they not indicate there was a fee for early morning appointments when I made it in the first place? I understand if they make a mistake, or the receptionist wasn't properly trained, but don't make me pay a fee for your mistake or lack of professionalism. There were many ways Pet Groomerie could have made this right with me, but they did not. I will never use Pet Groomerie again.

Worst experience if my life. Dropped my belived dog off for his first grooming appointment at 9am. They called to tell me that he didnt like,the hair dryer and were going to put him in a drying box to air dry. Said it would take a little longer than the 3-4 hrs I was quoted. So at 2pm when I still had not heard from,them I decided to drive there to wait for him. Upon arrival they tell me he had not yet finished drying. 4 hrs in the dryung box!?! He hasnt even been groomed yet!!! I mmediately take him home. He drinks so much water that he throws up and starts acting weird. Come to,find,out he has heat stroke from being in the drying box for so long. NEVER WILL I BRING HIM THERE OR LET ANY OF MY FRIENDS/FAMILY EITHER. GOOD LUCK and hope your dog doesnt die of heat exhaustion

BIG MISTAKE taking my beautiful Coton de Tulear to these idiots. I gave them instructions multiple times upon drop off so there would be no mistakes. I clearly stated Please do NOT touch her head or tail...PLEASE do NOT touch her head or tail at all! The groomer wrote down the instructions which I thought was good...it apparently wasn't enough. They shaved his poor dog down to a nub. I didn't recognize my dog when I went to pick her up. DISASTER!
